Mainstream Horror Movie Scissors is set for a world movie premiere at the Regal Theater in the Sherman Oaks Galleria on September 17 Red Carpet is 6 to 7pm and the movie starts at 7pm followed by a Q & A with cast and director Harry Sparks.
